Within the Job Descriptions we have a section on 'essential criteria', if you do not meet everyone of these please don't be discouraged from applying as this maybe something that we are able to teach you!
Our shortlisting process is completed blind, this means that any personal information that you provide within your application form that doesn't directly relate to your training and experience will not be seen by the shortlisting panel. Following shortlisting they will then have access to your contact details. Your Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) information will not be shared with or seen by anyone other than our HR Team during your application stage.
If you are invited to interview you will receive the interview questions a few days before your interview. We do this to try and take a little pressure off the interview experience, we want to get to know you without the worry that can come with interviews.

Most of our permanent positions can be personalised to work around your commitments, we are able to offer hybrid and flexible working options and are willing to consider alternative bank holidays in line with applicants beliefs (eg. Ramadan/ Diwali).
