Job Title: Digital Support Technician - Student Staff
Reporting to: Digital Support Coordinator
Place of Work: The University of York Student Centre, James College, Newton Way, York
Contract: Fixed term until March 2026
Hours of Work: Average of 15 hrs a week during Semester time
Salary: £13.10 per hour
Closing date: Wednesday 22nd October 2025 - 5pm

About the Role:
Are you a tech-savvy University of York student looking to make a real impact? Join York SU as a Digital Support Technician! You'll be the go-to person for our digital platforms, providing friendly support, troubleshooting issues, and creating helpful user guides for students and staff. This is your chance to enhance our digital experience, assist with key projects, and help shape our tech future from the ground up.
This flexible, part-time role (15 hours/week, term-time) is perfect for fitting around your studies. If you’re a great communicator and a natural problem-solver, we want you on our team!
